Our unique industrial venue not only has room for 200 guests inside our spacious ballroom, but also has just opened a brand new outdoor urban garden event space – just in time to celebrate your special day!
Only steps away from The Bond, this new outdoor urban garden, known as The Royal Square Gardens, can be used for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception! The Royal Square Gardens features gorgeous chandeliers, a new mural wall, market lighting, and a fireplace.

The Bond is positioned on the cornerstone of the newly developed Royal Square in downtown York. This block is bursting with vibrant art galleries, intimate coffee shops, and restaurants – perfect backdrops for truly unique and fun wedding day photos!
Equipped to accommodate intimate-to-large affairs, the Ballroom has the flexibility to section off an area to perfectly host both the ceremony and reception in our one location.

APRIL – AUGUST:
Saturdays: $7,250
